President &
Chief Executive Officer

Stephen A. Horn Jr. has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2022.  Previously, Steve served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2020, overseeing the acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, dispositions, legal and human resources departments. He had previously served as Chief Acquisition Officer since January 2014. Since that time, he has overseen the acquisition of approximately $5.1 billion of new investment properties as the company's portfolio grew to more than 3,200 properties. Steve previously served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for the Company from June 2008 to December 2013, and as Vice President of Acquisitions of the Company from 2003 to 2008. Prior to 2003, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at A.G. Edwards & Sons in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Mr. Habicht has served as a director of the Company since June 2000, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 1993 and as Treasurer of the Company since January 1998. Mr. Habicht served as Secretary of the Company from January 1998 to May 2003. Mr. Habicht is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Gina M. Steffens joined NNN REIT, Inc. in 2023. Prior to joining NNN, Ms. Steffens served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of a privately held food and agricultural company following progressive leadership roles as General Counsel at Real Capital Solutions, Assistant General Counsel and Senior Director at Vail Resorts Management Company (NYSE: MTN), and Senior Counsel and Director at Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE: REG). Ms. Steffens’ prior experience includes associate positions at the law firms Foley & Lardner, LLP and Lowndes Drosdick Doster Kantor & Reed, P.A. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Ms. Steffens is a member of ICSC, NAREIT and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Executive Vice President And Chief Accounting Officer

Michelle L. Miller has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2016. She joined NNN REIT in 1999 and currently leads the accounting department as well as oversees financial reporting, forecasting, lease administration and information technology. Prior to 1999, Ms. Miller worked as a Senior Manager with KPMG and focused primarily on real estate and financial institutions. She is a CPA and received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 1991. Ms. Miller is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs and ICSC.

Executive Vice President, Portfolio Operations

Jonathan A. Adamo has served as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Operations of the company since August 2023. He joined the company in April 2003 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Head of Portfolio Operations overseeing the asset management, leasing, underwriting, dispositions and development financing functions of the company. Mr. Adamo previously served in the acquisitions department from 2011 until August of 2022, most recently as Senior Vice President, and prior to his time with acquisitions, led the investment sales and disposition efforts for the company from 2006 to 2011. On a combined basis, Mr. Adamo has executed and managed more than $4 billion in transaction volume for NNN. He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla., and received his MBA from The Crummer Graduate School of Business. He is a member of ICSC.

Executive Vice President

Vincent H. Chao joined NNN REIT in January, 2025, as Executive Vice President, and effective April 1, 2025, will additionally assume the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Treasurer. Previously, Mr. Chao served as Managing Director, Finance at RPT Realty, a publicly-traded retail real estate investment trust (REIT) that was acquired by Kimco Realty in 2024. At RPT Realty, he was responsible for capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, portfolio management and data analytics. Prior to this, Mr. Chao was the Head of U.S. REIT Research at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. His past experience also includes operational and project management roles at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of ICSC and Nareit.
